1. Definitions
Account — your trading account with the Company.
Client — an individual or entity who uses our services.
Order — an instruction to buy or sell a financial instrument.
Platform — our website, mobile app and any APIs we provide.
2. Account Opening & Verification
- Applicants must be at least the legal age in their jurisdiction and able to form binding contracts.
- We require identity verification (Government ID), proof of address, and additional documentation where necessary. We may refuse or close accounts where verification is not possible.
- All information provided must be true and up to date. You must notify us of any changes promptly.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading involves risk. Financial instruments can be volatile. Past performance does not indicate future results. You may lose all funds deposited. You are responsible for understanding risks and considering whether trading is appropriate given your financial situation and experience.
4. Fees & Charges
Account Upgrade: if you exceed your current trading limits,an account upgrade will be neccessary. This ensures you can continue trading smoothly.
We charge fees, commissions, spreads, and other charges. Our current schedule of fees is available on the Platform. You authorize us to debit your Account for applicable fees and charges.

5. Orders, Execution & Routing
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to execute orders promptly, but we do not guarantee execution at a particular price or time. Market conditions, liquidity, system outages, or counterparty issues may affect execution.
Order types: Market orders, limit orders, stop orders, and other types displayed on the Platform. Certain order types may not be available for some instruments.
6. Margin, Leverage & Liquidation
If you trade on margin you may be required to maintain minimum margin levels. We may change margin requirements at any time. If your Account falls below maintenance margin, we may liquidate positions without further notice to cover losses.
Automatic liquidation: You agree we may close positions to limit credit exposure. You are responsible for negative balances arising from market events.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, data retention, data subject rights, and contact details for privacy requests.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC
We implement AML and sanctions screening. We may request additional information, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to authorities. You must not use the Platform for illicit activities.
9. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform you consent to electronic delivery of notices and disclosures. We may communicate via email, notifications, or messages within the Platform. You must keep contact information current.
10. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits must come from accounts in your name. Third-party deposits are generally not accepted unless pre-authorized.
- Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take several business days depending on payment method and jurisdiction.
- We may refuse withdrawal requests where there are outstanding obligations, disputes, or suspicious activity.
11. Platform Security & Access
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We will not be liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials where you failed to follow our security recommendations.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform, content, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without permission.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, unlawful activity, regulatory reasons, or business decisions. Upon termination, certain obligations survive, including outstanding fees, trade settlements, and indemnities.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for damages arising out of these Terms is limited to the sum of fees paid by you in the prior 12 months (or a different cap where mandated by law).
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its officers from any claims arising from your breach, misuse of the Platform, or violation of laws.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
